Maruti Suzuki has listed the petrol variant of the S-Cross on its official website. It is expected to launch in the country after the nationwide lockdown has been lifted. It will utilise Maruti’s tried-and-tested BS6-compliant 1.5-litre petrol engine. The petrol model will also be offered with manual and automatic options.
S-Cross Specifications
The BS4 variant of the S-Cross was powered by a 1.3-litre DDIS diesel engine that developed 89PS of power and 200Nm of torque. It was offered with a 5-speed manual transmission only. The BS6-compliant S-Cross will be powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine that develops 105PS and 138Nm. It'll be offered with a 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic. In terms of dimensions, the S-Cross is 4,300mm long, 1,785mm wide and 1,595mm tall. It has a 2,600mm wheelbase.
S-Cross Varients
The S-Cross is offered in four variants: Alpha, Zeta, Delta and Sigma. It’s offered in five shades: blue, brown, grey, silver and white.
S-Cross Features
Outside, the S-Cross features LED headlamps with DRLs, dual-tone alloy wheels, and standard split tail lamps. Inside, highlights include a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, climate control, steering-mounted audio control, cruise control, a multi-info display, and keyless entry with push-button start. Safety features include dual airbags, ABS with EBD, a rear parking camera, and sensors.

The price of Maruti S-Cross starts at Rs. 8.81 lakh and goes upto Rs. 11.44 lakh. The prices of S-Cross diesel variants start at Rs. 8.81 lakh and the top-end diesel is priced at Rs. 11.44 lakh. Maruti S-Cross is available in 4 variants and 5 different colours.
